Official pancreatic treatment protocols have nothing to do with curing the pancreas; they are designed to maintain function. To understand why, you have to study it in depth.

The pancreas is an organ that everyone has felt at least once.

You know the feeling when:

  1. You overate.

  2. Had too many: fried, smoked, salty foods.

Something went wrong, and then you had to reach for pain relievers, antispasmodics, or digestive enzymes.

What else do we know about it?

We know that doctors don't know how to treat it properly. Otherwise, gastroenterologists wouldn't uniformly put people on lifelong enzyme supplements. Instead, they would use combined enzyme therapy, ask about their patients' eating habits and daily routines, and offer comprehensive treatment.

As a practicing naturopathic, my wife has many examples of restoring this sensitive organ.

Let's examine why we need this and see the connection between the pancreas's function and its dependence on many factors and systems!

You can judge the health of the liver and gallbladder by the condition of the pancreas. Insulin resistance, enzyme problems, diabetes, fat and carbohydrate metabolism disruption tell us there are problems with the pancreas - the reverse is also true!

When you test liver enzymes, you learn about pancreatic problems! ALT, AST, GGT plus alkaline phosphatase, bilirubin, and total protein with albumin plus glucose - these indicators tell us about the liver and pancreas condition.

Since we can restore the pancreas in two months, why don’t we see this miracle recovery everywhere?

People do everything to prevent it. They don't go to bed on time, eat at night, and eat junk food. They consider breakfast and lunch unnecessary and claim they don't have time.

Add to this the common practice of treating only one organ! You must treat the pancreas while remembering about liver function (which is a whole layer of work), the duodenum, and the gallbladder - this is a complex system.

All you need to know about pancreas:

  1. Has active working hours and requires rest during its "free" time. If you never follow this, it will fight back painfully with pancreatitis or insulin resistance! Active pancreatic work occurs from 9 to 11 in the morning (but this doesn't mean you should pig out) and until 16:00.

  2. Does not like drinking water/tea/coffee with food, reducing enzyme effectiveness. In general, reduced, poor pancreatic function is the main cause of digestive enzyme deficiency!

  3. Does not like late dinners because evening biological rhythms slow down, leading to incomplete food digestion and intestinal problems, especially bloating, diarrhea, and constipation.

  4. The pancreas reacts to frequent "chewing." If you are used to chewing every hour, the pancreas essentially never rests. It needs to recover for at least 2.5-3 hours.

  5. Does not like overload and disruptions: overeating, long hungry pauses, excessive consumption of sweets and fast carbohydrates painfully "hits" pancreatic function. This results in problems with enzymes, dyspepsia, gastritis, and uncontrolled appetite - either excessive or no appetite! The solution is to avoid overeating in the evening and not consume sweet desserts in the evening. It's better to forget about kefir or cottage cheese with fruits as a healthy dinner. A regular eating schedule is mandatory.

You can restore the pancreas in 1.5-2 months.

Why specifically two months? - you might ask. During this period, pancreatic cells can complete their full division cycle (you surely know that cells constantly divide). This is the time during which pancreatic cells can regenerate, and the organ will become like new!

In a study published in the journal Cell, a group of U.S. researchers, most of whom were affiliated with the University of Southern California (USC), suggest your pancreas may be able to regenerate itself through a fasting-mimicking diet.

The experiments reflected noticeable benefits for mice with diabetes: Fasting-mimicking diet cycles restored insulin secretion and glucose homeostasis in both Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes mouse models.

Such diets should be conducted under a doctor's supervision.

This explains how important it is for the pancreas to not have snacks between meals.
