5 signs your posture needs help
Plus: best solution
Your posture needs help if:

Feeling any discomfort or tightness between your shoulder blades
Or you just don't like the way your posture looks in profile
These feelings often come from bad posture. Many people mainly get posture problems from doing things like:
Sitting at a desk for too long
Driving for too long
Using a smartphone a lot with their head tilted up
These prolonged activities can mess up the muscles that help keep your spine straight. Some muscles might get shorter, others might stretch too much and become weak, even going into spasms. When muscles get weak, they can't do their job right. Then, other muscle groups have to take over. This can make your spine's posture get out of shape, leading to discomfort, pain, and sometimes even injuries.
You could think about making big changes, like stopping using your smartphone or moving to work in the mountains. But before you do anything big, figure out why this is happening. Then, you'll know what to do about it.
As scientists have found out it's easy to fix stretching the pectoralis major muscles and pectoralis minor muscles.
How to Do It:
Stand next to the outer corner of the wall with it on your left side. Put your left hand on the wall near the corner and raise it until your elbow is at the level of your forehead . Press your palm firmly against the wall and turn your torso to the right until you feel the muscles stretching near your shoulder. Hold this position for 30 seconds
How Often:
3-4 times every morning for each arm. After 10-14 days, you'll see a big improvement
