These fats help our cells work right and keep our hearts healthy. Eating fat can also make us feel full, so we don't eat too much. Plus, fats are part of cell walls, nerves, and hormones, which are all vital for our health.

Eating good fats, like those in avocados, nuts, seeds, and fish, is good for us. So, while we shouldn't eat too much fat, having enough of the right kinds of fat is important for staying healthy and living a long life.
