With increasing cancer diagnoses, we wish we could work magic - but I can't. We studied a lot of research and advice from naturopathic and nutrition therapists and compiled all the recommendations into one diet.

Yes, herbs and nutraceuticals have a significant impact, but the foundation always lies in lifestyle:

  • Nutrition

  • Sleep and rest

  • Physical activity

  • Household and its toxic load

  • Emotional and mental state

Without changing these factors, the positive result approaches zero - whether using natural supplements or medical treatments.

Here's a universal nutrition approach for cancer patients. This diet can help reduce, stop, and, in some cases, even reverse tumor growth. It should be followed from the moment of suspicion or diagnosis until complete remission.

Exclude:

  • Sugar and all products containing it, all sugar substitutes, honey, fructose, dried fruits

  • All "junk" food: packaged products, processed foods with preservatives, coloring agents, chips, sausages, etc.

  • Gluten-containing products: bread, pastries, wheat, bulgur

  • Trans fats, refined vegetable oils, cooking fats, rapeseed and corn oil

  • Dairy products and derivatives: cheese, cottage cheese, butter (Ghee butter might be an exception, individually)

  • Soy, corn, white rice and their derivatives

  • Yeast

  • Meat (with extreme desire, 1 portion of home or organic poultry per month might be allowed)

  • Eggs (organic, free-range, 2-3 times monthly if absolutely necessary)

  • Alcohol

  • Tobacco

  • Coffee

  • Anything not explicitly permitted is forbidden

Add:

  • Berries: at least 1 cup daily

  • Greens: at least 2 cups daily (can be in smoothies)

  • Vegetable smoothies and juices only

  • 1-2 fruits daily, preferably seasonal and local

  • Raw and cooked vegetables

  • Potato: 1-2 times weekly maximum

  • Cruciferous vegetables: daily

  • Gluten-free grains: buckwheat, quinoa, amaranth, brown/wild/unpolished rice, millet

  • Soaked/sprouted or boiled legumes (except peanuts): 1-3 times weekly

  • Dried seaweed (without sugar/vinegar)

  • Soaked nuts, homemade nut milk

  • Mushrooms: shiitake, white, chanterelles

  • Seeds: flax, poppy, hemp, pumpkin, sunflower

  • Flours: green buckwheat, chickpea, nut

  • Fish: 1-2 times weekly

  • Oils: avocado, olive, cold-pressed nut/seed oils

  • Sufficient clean water (not from plastic)

Cooking methods: boiling, stewing, baking Recommended: 3 meals daily (4-5 if necessary, depending on tumor location)

Note: Some cancer types (like glioblastoma) show results with a ketogenic diet, but this should only be done under specialist supervision.

This diet is suitable for the most common cancer types: breast, lung, intestinal, prostate, and stomach cancers.

This nutrition plan for 1-3 months annually can also serve as excellent cancer prevention.
